Diana Kuhl, LGSW
Diana Kuhl is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker who works with adolescents, adults, and diverse populations, including LGBTQIA+ individuals, people on the autism spectrum, and those experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, emotional dysregulation, and other mental health challenges. She began her career in mental health through Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) and has experience providing individual therapy and co-facilitating domestic abuse support groups.
Diana takes an integrative and client-centered approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, anger management and conflict resolution strategies, and trauma-informed care. She is passionate about creating a safe space where clients can openly explore their experiences and work toward healing, growth, and self-discovery. Outside of work, Diana enjoys reading, writing, gaming, spending time in nature, and advocating for social justice and LGBTQIA+ rights.
