Jennifer Lieser Eschmann MSW, LGSW
As part of my Master of Social Work education at St. Cloud State University, I completed my internship at the St. Cloud Veterans Administration. I also have experience in higher education, where I promoted mental health initiatives and supported student well‑being. Before earning my MSW, I spent many years as a Licensed Social Worker serving diverse populations across multiple settings.
My therapeutic approach is person‑centered and strength‑based, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing with a focus on the Stages of Change, and mindfulness practices that emphasize the importance of self‑care. I believe deeply in helping people recognize their own strengths, resilience, and potential.
I work with individuals experiencing depression and anxiety, grief and loss, stress management challenges, and issues related to self‑esteem and confidence. Walking alongside people on their healing journey is an honor and a privilege.
Outside of work, I love spending time with friends and family—especially cheering on my daughter at her sporting events. I also enjoy bargain hunting, traveling, and looking forward to the adventures still ahead.
