Jennifer Webb, MSW, LICSW
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from St. Cloud State University and have been practicing as a therapist since 2019. My background spans behavioral and complementary health, including crisis work, hospice, family and child services, community mental health, foster care, and training as a nationally certified massage therapist.
My therapeutic approach is holistic and person‑centered. My goals include helping you feel heard and supported, strengthening resilience, increasing self‑awareness, and working through barriers with practical problem‑solving. Depending on your needs, I may incorporate mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, values exploration, creativity, spirituality (when helpful), and empathic listening.
I enjoy working with individuals from all walks of life and believe trust, honesty, and courage are essential to meaningful therapeutic work.
Outside of the office, I love spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, tackling home projects, enjoying good food, traveling, reading, writing, listening to music, taking road trips, seeking out new adventures, and hanging out with my dog.
