Jennifer Webb, MSW, LICSW

Jennifer Webb is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who works with individuals, couples, and families. Her strengths-based, holistic approach helps clients build on their resilience while working toward meaningful and lasting change.

Jennifer has experience in crisis services, hospice social work, foster care, school-based therapy, and outpatient psychotherapy. She has worked with children, adults, older adults, students, and individuals experiencing significant mental health and life challenges.

Her therapeutic style is person-centered, supportive, and goal-focused. She utilizes CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed approaches to help clients feel heard, learn new skills, and move toward healing and recovery. Jennifer believes that growth is not only possible—it is probable.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, cooking, home projects, and making memories with family, friends, and her dog. She is inspired by the strength of others, her daughter, and nature, and proudly describes herself as a cupcake baker and road-trip enthusiast.
